Bug Slap is provided by Wenhao Guo. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game or contact support.

Game data stays on your device

Bug Slap does not collect or transmit personal data to us. The game has no account system, advertising, analytics SDK, or tracking. Scores, level progress, stars, and your weather preference are saved locally on your device. We do not operate a game-data server or cloud-sync service.

Device services

The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or photos. Apple may process information through its own App Store, device backup, or optional diagnostic services under Apple’s privacy policies and your device settings.

Support emails

If you email arvoguo@icloud.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. It is not used for advertising or sold. Keep personal or sensitive information out of screenshots and reports unless necessary for your request. You may ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing the same address, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

This support website

This website has no analytics scripts, advertising, contact forms, or cookies added by us. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Opening website or email links leaves the game and uses the respective provider’s services.

Children

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the game. A parent or guardian can contact us about information submitted in a support email.

Your choices

You can remove local game data by deleting the app. Device backups may be managed separately in your Apple device settings. No app account needs to be closed.

Changes and contact
